Faqs
Do you directly bill insurance companies?
Yes, for most commonplace insurance plans, we directly bill for payment. Any amount not payable by your insurance is payable by you on the date of service.
Do you accept dental insurance through the Ministry of Social Services (for individuals on disability and/or income assistance)?
Yes. For adults with this coverage, we charge a $40 fee per visit for most basic treatments. For children, the basic treatment fee is $20 until the age of 16, then $40 for 16 and over. For complicated extractions, endodontic treatment, and filling work beyond two teeth, the difference in cost is billed to the patient and payable on the date of service.
Do you offer major treatment services; such as implants, bridges, crowns, and veneers?
Yes, we do. Unless the circumstances are exceptionally complicated, in which case a referral to a specialist would be required.
What does a first visit to your dental office typically entail?
Our standard new patient visit consists of a complete examination of all teeth, radiographs of teeth and jaw, charting of all existing conditions, and recommended treatment. Hygiene includes periodontal charting, dental scaling and/or root planing, tooth polishing, and fluoride remineralization.
